Please email our office to inquire about our current hours of operation. Please note that our office may not be open full-time initially. But once we open full time our regular hours will be Monday - Thursday: 9-5. Fridays 9-2
Appointments
Patient forms are conveniently available online for completion prior to your appointment. If you prefer to complete them in person, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. For families with multiple children, we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early. Please note that only parents or legal guardians are authorized to sign treatment consents and health questionnaires. For initial appointments, the parent or legal guardian must be present with the patient. For subsequent appointments, a relative or step-parent may accompany the patient, but they will not be able to sign legal consents.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To accommodate minor delays, we offer a 10-minute grace period. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals beyond this period, rescheduling may be necessary depending on availability.
To ensure efficient scheduling and respect for all patients, we have a "no call, no show" policy. Repeated missed appointments may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. We are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for both our patients and our staff. Should you encounter any concerns, please do not hesitate to speak with Dr. Mike directly. We kindly ask that all interactions with our staff be conducted with respect and courtesy. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful language, inappropriate behavior, or raised voices.
Scheduling
Please email us to be added to our VIP list. Once we have a confirmed opening date, we will call you to schedule your appointment.
Languages
Dr. Mike demonstrates fluency in both English and Arabic, and has a strong working knowledge of Spanish.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Little Smiles Pediatric Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
